All Nozzled products are made to order in Victoria, Australia.

After you place your order and payment is confirmed, we manufacture your items before shipping.

Dispatch Times

Because all products are made to order, dispatch typically occurs within 3 to 5 business days after your order is confirmed. This timeframe may be longer during busy periods.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery and Tracking

We ship Australia-wide only. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Metro areas: usually 2–5 business days after dispatch
• Regional areas: usually 3–7 business days after dispatch

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed beyond the expected delivery window or appears to be lost, please contact us at hello@nozzled.xyz with your order number and tracking number.

We will investigate with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
