Two-Year Manufacturing Warranty

We provide a two-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, physical impact, excessive heat, harsh chemicals, or improper care.

Our products are designed to be top-shelf dishwasher safe and freezer safe, but should not be used in microwaves or exposed to strong chemicals.

How to Submit a Claim

If you experience an issue with your product, please use our Warranty Query form on the Contact page. This is the fastest way for us to help you.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • A brief description of what's happened

Our Replacement Approach

We take a practical replacement-first approach. Once we review your photos and details, we'll let you know the best solution. If we determine it's a manufacturing defect, we'll send you a replacement. In some cases we may ask you to return the original item. If we do, we'll cover the return shipping cost.

Change of Mind

Because every product is custom made to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind once your order has gone into production.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are always protected by these important consumer guarantees.
